{"id":77,"date":"2025-06-27T02:09:37","date_gmt":"2025-06-27T02:09:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/atsindore.com\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=77"},"modified":"2025-06-27T02:14:02","modified_gmt":"2025-06-27T02:14:02","slug":"accounts-manager","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/atsindore.com\/?awsm_job_openings=accounts-manager","title":{"rendered":"Accounts Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"77\" class=\"elementor elementor-77\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-77b0b5e0 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"77b0b5e0\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5631174d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5631174d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<p>We are seeking an Accounting Manager who will be responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Managing internal control policies and procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervising accounting staff and collaborating with property-level accounting teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performing bank and balance sheet reconciliations, preparing financial statements, and analyzing cash flow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborating with the leadership team on cash flow management, funding of mortgages, and accounts payable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating efficient finance and accounting processes in collaboration with the Hotel team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing accounts payable batches and check runs on a weekly basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assisting in the preparation of documents and analysis for annual audits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conducting research and analysis of financial discrepancies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing budgets and forecasting reports, reconciling bank statements, and managing payroll.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Required Skills and Experience: Four (10)+ years of accounting experience, a degree in Accounting\/Finance preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Excel and strong knowledge of accounting concepts, accrual accounting, and revenue recognition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Job Type: Full-time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pay: \u20b935,000.00 &#8211;
